Switchboard OS
Modular Business Operating System
A unified operating layer for CRM, deals, billing, documents, communications, automation, AI retrieval, decentralized storage, treasury, and Web3 proof workflows.
Overview
Switchboard OS is the flagship business operating system. It is designed around composable business primitives rather than isolated pages. Contacts, companies, deals, invoices, documents, payments, storage records, attestations, wallets, and workflow events become addressable objects that can be picked, related, tagged, retrieved, and reused across the entire platform. The core product value is not that it contains a CRM. The value is that CRM, payments, documents, AI search, automation, and Web3 verification all live in one repeatable operating model.
Core Workflow
Operating Philosophy
This product follows the same platform pattern used across the XYZ Labs stack: define stable primitives, attach relationships, retrieve evidence, generate artifacts, and make the workflow repeatable. The system is designed to be modular enough to deploy alone, but strongest when paired with the rest of the stack.
Core Components
Differentiators
Primitive registry, universal picker workflows, graph relationships, source-of-truth buckets, PayMe integration, Tracer AI retrieval, Walrus/Sui storage and attestations, multi-tenant SaaS deployment path
Roadmap
Near-term work focuses on hardening persistence, improving documentation, polishing demo workflows, adding screenshots, and packaging clean deployment snapshots. Future versions can add deeper automation, richer UI skins, advanced scoring, multi-tenant governance, and expanded integrations.
