Factory XYZ

Multi-Agent Software Production Framework

The orchestration environment for build pipelines, workers, resources, artifacts, deployment, and runtime execution.

Overview

Factory XYZ is the broader production framework that coordinates software creation across agents, resource packs, runtime execution, and deployment paths. Runtime-C is one engine inside the Factory. Tracer supplies retrieval and context. ISLA OS supplies the operating philosophy and file system conventions. Factory XYZ turns those layers into a repeatable build environment where a user can describe what they want, optionally select resources or attach references, run a build, receive artifacts, and iterate. It is designed for internal product assembly, customer-specific deployments, and future hosted coding workflows.

Core Workflow

Prompt/spec → select resource → compile buildsheet → route workers → generate artifacts → inspect → improve/deploy.

Operating Philosophy

This product follows the same platform pattern used across the XYZ Labs stack: define stable primitives, attach relationships, retrieve evidence, generate artifacts, and make the workflow repeatable. The system is designed to be modular enough to deploy alone, but strongest when paired with the rest of the stack.

Core Components

Runtime-CTracer AIPod workersresource packsbuild sheetsartifact tilesqueue servertelemetrydeployment packagingForge/Git-style file storage integration

Differentiators

Repeatable software production, isolated workspaces, artifact-first outputs, resource-aware builds, deployable file systems, future hosted builder model for clients/data centers/schools

Roadmap

Near-term work focuses on hardening persistence, improving documentation, polishing demo workflows, adding screenshots, and packaging clean deployment snapshots. Future versions can add deeper automation, richer UI skins, advanced scoring, multi-tenant governance, and expanded integrations.
